Dissolved Air flotation Working Priciple:
The sewage treatment pump lift the waste water into the water warehouse of DAF, and mix
with tiny bubbles of the container, which makes the usspended matter float to the water
surface, then scraped by the scraping blade plate to the slag tap outlet;
Heavy particles flow through the inclined plate settling zone, settling to the bottom of the mud
bucket device, and discharged to the sludge tank through the pipeline, then do subsequent
processing, and the Clarified purified water will be discharge by the equipment center tube.
Besides, Our DAF unit designs utilize parallel plate packing material (e.g. lamellas) to provide
more separation surface, therefore to enhance the separation efficiency of the machine.

Key DAF features

3. The effective adsorption of micro bubbles and suspended particles increased the removal efficiency of SS.

dissolved air flotation efficiency.
